Sarah joined the Firm as a Partner in May, 2023 after Thirteen (13) years at a leading law firm in The Bahamas.
Sarah’s area of practice is predominantly focused in the banking, financial and corporate services sector advising on restructurings, financing, investment funds, capital markets, securities business both in the domestic market and on a cross-border basis as well as advising private clients on wealth management and the purchase/sale of Bahamian situate real estate.
Sarah also has extensive experience in regulatory matters and was part of a team of technical advisors to the Securities Commission on the overhaul of the Investments Funds Act and the Ministry of Finance on the overhaul of certain financial legislation.
